Bao tử heo xào chua ngọt nhai dai dai, giòn giòn, rất thích miệng. Đặc biệt xào cùng nước sốt chua ngọt mua sẵn ở siêu thị nên ít tốn công sức chế biến, tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian.
Cần tây rửa sạch cắt khúc 5cm. Ớt cắt lát mỏng. Tỏi cắt lát. Bao tử heo sát với muối, rượu cho sạch, rồi rửa sạch. Cho bao tử heo và luộc trong 5 phút, vớt ra, để ráo. Cắt thành miếng vừa ăn. Trong chén nhỏ, trộn sốt chua ngọt, sa tế với 50ml nước.
Phi thơm tỏi với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, nhanh tay đổ bao tử heo vào. Thêm hỗn hợp sốt đã pha vào, đảo đều. Sau đó thêm cần tây, đảo khoảng 2 phút thì nêm 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê bột ngọt cho vừa miệng rồi cho ra đĩa và thưởng thức!
