Đun chảy 1 muỗng canh bơ, cho lòng trứng trứng muối đã nghiền vào, thêm 1.5 muỗng canh nước dầu của sa tế tôm, đảo đều. Sau đó cho da cá hồi chiên giòn vào đảo cho da cá áo đều sốt trứng muối là được.
